In developing countries in the world such as Japan, have long been used in agriculture microorganisms. In the United States and European countries currently campaigning "Back To Nature" and this shows a positive attitude to increase agricultural production and increase the percentage of consumption of organic food.

This technology advantage as the decomposing microorganisms consisting of bacteria and fungi that can reduce the use of chemicals, suppress weed growth, reduce the negative effects of residues peptisida, restore soil fertility, and increasing yield.

With fertilizer materials, for example, derived from microorganisms, farmers can develop another business out of farming, for example, organic fertilizer business and this is already happening in Central Java, Indonesia ie by making a mixture of chemicals with extremely small percentage of munitions or goats and process it into fertilizer that has the effectiveness and efficiency in agriculture.

For about four years, since 1997, Indonesia was in hot water and 'suffered from' monetary crisis. To survive, Indonesia had to borrow loans or credit from IMF and most of people (experts) said that Only IMF can help Indonesia and come out of the crisis Even though many demonstrationd occured to reject the policy. Do they have an idea to get up from the fall?. I think it is a big question to answer and no body can give better solutions to resolve the problem. Most existing rice fields in Indonesia especially in Central Java provinces experienced a decrease in soil fertility as rice growing area. This is caused by many factors which are caused by using non-organic fertilizer. Many of the farmers who replace inorganic fertilizers with organic fertilizer. fertilizers are derived from the dung of horses, cows, goats mixed in such a way with non-organic fertilizer.

Seeing this fact, student faculty of pharmacy, biology, general medicine and veterinary medicine in order to try to conduct experiments to find an alternative organic fertilizer in helping farmers. Based on the results of research, found that the White Rat droppings can be an organic fertilizer that has a tremendous advantage and increase crop productivity.

White rat is a type of white rats "Wistar" and "Mice". For these rats were normal in size as a mouse while the mouse mice have a smaller body.

When the rats of Wistar rats 2.5 months of age, can achieve price between 15,000 to 20,000 per tail. While white mice to mice between Rp.10.000 15,000 per tail.

In reproductively, this mouse can give birth 12 to 16 tails. These mice were mated by the farmers and when it becomes pregnant / pregnant female rats were separated from the group and if the child had been aged rats approximately 4 weeks, the child is separated from the mother rats.

Mostly, Indonesian entrepeneurs start their business traditionally. They have some money and sell things in their own home. By easy stages, the business grows and, when they need to expand the business they do not know how. From my own observations, most of them are scared to run a small business. They say that running a business should have a lot of money. Then, they never try forever. They feel okay when they are employees and work for a company. They also say that running a business make them feel tired because there are so many things to do and to face.

In this page, let me please discuss about the way to start your business easily but effective and efficient.
As you know that we can not grow at a second. There are many processes to go by. Business is the same as that. What you have to do to start your business will be discussed below!

1.Think what capacity you have now!

For instance, you can speak English well, then you can run an English Course (like me). You can make a doll, why don't you start to run a doll shop? and many things you can do when you have a capacity. Here, do not think about how to finance you business. Just think what you can do for yourself to 'establish' a business building! and be self confident! Never be pesimmistic! Just mention and start from now!

2.Think who is your customers!

When you have found what business you can run based on your own capacity, determine the market!. What types of customers will be interested in your products or services?. Take a simple and small piece of example. Then develop! I mean, Is it possible to penetrate the products or services to other market? Will the products or the services needed by the customers, at least, in 5 years? So, in this step, you try to find out what types of customers you will take.

3.Think where the business will be managed and published!

A place is very improtant to think specially when the place is strategic one to start your business. For instance, You want to run an English Course then you should place your business near the schools or some places where the people needs to take their children to the English Course.

4.Think Who will run your business!

Do not think who will be director, secretary, staff, etc!. Just think that you yourself will run the business for the first time! Manage your business by yourself!

5.Now's time to think about the money.

Money is important to run a business. When you feel that you do not have enough money to run a business. you can submit proposal to a bank or something to lend you some money. But if you can not do this. You can try one of these following ways, they are;

a) Make a "Donate" Button in your own or friends' blog or site.
b) Online Business. Here, you can sign up or take an affiliate program which is offered by sponsor or sites, such as;


Or, you can open an Online Shop. Find the suppliers and buy the products and deliver them to your online customers!

c) Be a broker!

Let me take an example. Let's sell Notebooks or netbooks. Then you contact a bank which can finance your business and explain them that you have an access for cheap notebooks or netbooks and follow the bank instructions.

For entrepreneur, capital is oen of the most important things to run a business. By having liquid current activa or asset, a business can budget and do some cutting cost for production but managing how to produce best quality products. This will impact to expand the business in the future.

Looking for loans, sometimes, makes mostly decision makers think deeply. It is because of the interests decided by the creditors. In conventional bank, mostly banking system provides loans with high interest which is measured from Government policy. Besides, the growth of small scale industries have created new style in loans and more competitive the offers offered by conventional banks.

In Indonesia, BMT (small corporation which runs a banking system) or Syariah Bank gives more competitive loans without giving exact or certain interests to the customers. This advantages is one of the benefits for the young entrepreneur specially for home industries. Loans without high risks becomes the small scale industries alternatives to have a liquid capital to support their business.

From my observation, Syariah bank succeeds to take its customers to get successful and about 60% small scale industries have exported their best products to overseas. Besides, the flexibility in managing and payment method of Syariah bank has make syariah bank as the best solution for mostly debitors in Indonesia.

In line with the movement of goverment policy in tax (exports), entrepreneurs takes part in speculation and forces their assets towards export orientation. Besides, they also help government to increase gross district income about 5,8% per year.

Win Or Lose

Life is positioned in two things. All of them should be picked. And when the two creeps on us and decide something, we simply can not avoid from it even escape from the destiny. I believe in destiny. For me, destiny is like a decision maker!. 'though we struggle a lot and fully work all day, but if ... when the destiny decides that we will lose, who can handle it over. To motivate, we usually say that that's one of our experience in life. It doesn't matter if it happens to us. Just lead on and try without frustrating.

Talking about WIN or LOSE can not escape from the destiny. It is impossible to win always without losing. Even there will be any chances to lose forever. Win and Lose is like two sword with twin eyes. Each of them must be experienced by all human kinds.

What Now?
To reduce our dissapointment from Losing, we can take time to read some books in the library, go on a holiday or do something that we did a long time ago. Killing time by following some tips and tricks to relax sometimes waste our time, energy and money. Are you with me?
This could be compared to old men who don't have much time to share and to participate to social organization even to small party of their own house, like ... grandchildren's birthday party, etc. Just lead on this life and take whatever comes on over. Don't act over! Because this will adhere in our mind till we are old.

Feeling regretful to what we've done like losing from something will reduce our energy and we will be brought into an earth which is full of boring....

When we win, just relax. Wanna have a party!? Just do it! But do all things properly! Remember! don't act over .. I mean you shouldn't overact to whatever happen in our life. No one says we are ancient creature when we do not do what mostly people do.

For Win or Lose, people wanna let themselves die for unuseful honor ... Think it deeply and consider everything around you then decide; Is it good for me and for my family or not?

Eastern Tradition Is A Way Of Life

What makes different between western factors and eastern factors is tradition. Tradition is one of the elements of culture. It talks about the way of life and the principles stays here. 

Tradition can not be changed or transfered like culture. It is because it is a characteristic of a nation's. For instance, In madura - indonesia, we will find the tradition which is called "Karavan Sapi". Karapan sapi is a kind of Cow race which is driven by a man. We will not find the same tradition to other countries. Ok now, let's take a sample; say, German tries to adopt the madura's tradition with its karapan sapi. Although german does the same but the essential things in madura will be different of german's. It's not a matter of taste but farther than that.

Tradition has a close relation to nation's daily activity. This colors the way they interact, they respond and the way they decide something. Tradition exists from old to young generation. Young generation can not create the tradition but they are given and only continue what their ancient people did.

For hundreds years ago, tradition was not a culture. It tends a way of life. Karapan sapi was not a game at that time but it represented the holy god that drove a holy animals. It means that in karapan sapi contains a magical or spiritual beliefs. When they did it, they also did prayer to the god to win this life and be the best creatures.

Eastern tradition can not be forced. Although it can be scraped by the western tradition or culture. The omission totally of a tradition is impossible.

Human Trading For Meal

About two days ago, I read from a daily newspaper "Suara Merdeka". I got shocked when I read 6 pretty girls who traded under 17-years-old-girls. I called Budi hartono, my neighbor, and showed the news to him and he just sat in silence but then said : "What do you say?".

I said nothing and went home. After 3 hours later, when I was behind on my home working, Shinta, my classmate in the academy of public relation, came over and told me that she wanted to visit the police station where the 6 girls were under arrest. I halted then said " Let's go, honey!".

The girls were interrogated by the police and not longer after that they were straightly pulled by the jailers to wait for the resign a lawsuit to the court. From the grillwork, I addressed one of the girls and asked few questions. 

Me : What's your motivation to do that, Linda? (linda is one of the 6-girls' names)
Linda : We need to eat to survive.

Oops!, there must be something wrong with this. The answer was not reasonable. Everybody needs meal to survive. Nobody says "no" for that.  However, when we made a chat for an hour, I finally believed what she said. They were beggars who didn't have parents (some of their parents were dead and others' gone). They talked and discussed the idea (being girls trader) 8 months ago and had sold 26 girls before the police arrested them two days ago. I never thought that beggars could do that! I just didn't have much time to talk to them because one of the policemen told me that the time was over.

Well, I don't know what exactly happened to them...

Magelang regent, Central Java, Indonesia, Ir.H.Singgih Sanyoto, states in daily newspaper "Suara merdeka", on february 8, 2011, that it is important to suport informal sectors. This is reasonable because of its support to reduce numbers of unemployment in magelang city. Therefore, the improvement of investment for small scale industry is very important. To win this game, government should take part in the decision to.

Many new entrepreneurs, in magelang, are dominated by home industries which employ at least 2 employees. The existance of Bapas 69 Bank and BPR Bank have supported the new entrepreneurs to grow up and expand their business by giving them flexible loans, and some of them have penetrated export products market. BRI bank also gives opportunity for the entrepreneur to borrow some money for their business without mortgag. This rules has made hundreds of new entrepreneurs submit their proposal with different platforms. As a result, Magelang regency can contribute for province income and increase for 5,8% in 2010.

Small Scale Industry as a local economic generator
Economy system which is based on small scale indursty, like home industries, has supported national economy and when the economic crisis which occured in 1997 to 1999 succeeded to show the solidity of this informal sector.

Besides, the director of Bapas 69 Bank, H.Fran Suharmaji,SE.MM, from the beginning till now remains to support what home industries "wants". This commitment should be motivator for other banks to do so. The magelang government has also committed to make a cooperation to the local bank like Bapas 69 banks and BPR bank.

For expansion, the government has provides media to exhibit their products and this method, in fact, has given best effects for their expansion. 

When you visit magelang city, you will see that hundreds and even thousands of new entrepreneur supply more than thousands unique and good products in good quality spread along magelang's streets and almost in most of places in magelang city.

Fraudulent Online Business

Who doesn't know forex trading? chitika? paypal wishlist? google adsense?. Mostly online users are engaged in online business and struggle to be a winner. Who doesn't want to earn more than 100 dollars in a month? By selling best products in one's online shop, hundreds even thousands dollars flow into one's pocket. What about you?

I myself do the same as statement above. I take some online business and struggle to be a winner too. As you know that only 2 bloggers or netters who succeed and earn a lot of money from it. Why? and How can we earn more than what we wish. About ten offers sent into my email in a day and all of them talks about tips and new or updated method to run online business.

In line with uncertain time in uncertain target, most of them take a risk to run the business. What risk?.

By doing fraudulent way they can earn a lot and their targets reached in ten or more days. Some say that what they do is legal and they find everything is okay to continue the method. What method? For instance, "Arisan Click". What does "Arisan" mean?.

Arisan is Indonesian's term. Arisan click is a regular social gathering whose members contribute to and take turns (to click) at winning an aggregate sum of money. I don't know exactly if this term has the same meaning as others. Arisan that I'm talking about here based on the definition above is different of arisan like insurances7.blogspot.com said. What about you? They said that it is legal and they do that based on legal agreement among them. But what about the advertiser?. I mean .... does the company who belongs to the ads know it? Google adsense, for instance, in its term and condition, talks about fraud click. I think that's one of the requirements or warning for the adsense's publishers.

What's In William Hendric's Blog? : An Introduction

Perhaps, the title above becomes the first article I post today. I just hang around and try to find something interesting to write in this simple blog and to present it to you. As you know, I'm a social creature and needs response to what I know, think and express to you. By interacting, we will find out the best answer, solution and truth through a series of deep discussion. Let me say that I'm not an expert of something you see and I'm just a man who needs to make a friend and to share everything that you and I consider it good to.

I like writing and discussing something which is being issued, like hot news or headlines in the newspaper or talkshow in television. For me, I should care of what I know and see specially, when it becomes others or social interest. I'm not an angel who suddenly becomes a hero and save people from chaos or trouble. I'm just a man who wants to care and try to do the best I can and share.

Whatever published in this blog and presented to you is something we need to discuss or, at least, you give me response or a comment in relation to the topic I post. I do appreciate if you join and give your opinion to the cases or topics listed in the future.

So, what types of topic will be discussed in this blog, hendric?
Wait, please don't force me to decide but you do.
